Did you check the following?
- Are the computer, monitor, and other peripherals plugged into the electrical outlets on the wall and/or surge outlet strip and turned on?
- Are all the cables securely connected from the back of the computer to the appropriate device or network wall outlet?
- Is this computer the only one in your room experiencing the problem?
- Are computers in other rooms experiencing the same problem?
- Did you restart the computer?
- If you determine the network or Internet connection is down to AT LEAST an entire building or campus, please call the technology department to report the outage.
Username and Password Help
- Your username and password are the same as the ones you use to login to the computer and e-mail.
- If you don't remember your password, click the "Forgotten your password?" link and, provided your username has been entered correctly, your password will be e-mailed to your district e-mail account.
